Straight from the box the decanter leaked around the base of the black top and the glass body, and only gets worse. No amount of adjustment to tempature, poor speed, or angle has helped. I have to pour over my sink to avoid making a mess. It was a gift so I can't return it or use the warranty as I have no recipt. Makes great coffee, love it besides this huge annoyance.

Coffee comes out cold and takes a while to heat up. If you add too much coffee like for 12 cups, they over flow into the carafe

I bought this several Years ago & never had a Problem, till I broke the Glass Pot. This Coffe Maker has served me for many Years & as I said never had a Problem. I like it. I'm looking to replace the Glass Pot, so I can use it again & found out this is a little Problem to d, to find a Glass pot.

Worked great for the 10 days, then this morning just stopped. Lights all work, clock is working, but nothing happens when the brew switch is pressed except that it lights up. The machine does not warm up either. Had a Mr Coffee machine for 10 years and loved it. I am extremely disappointed that the quality of the product has deteriorated. Will say my son bought a $200 Mr. Coffee and he is happy with it. However, one should not have to buy a $200 machine in order for it to work satisfactorily or at all.
